Let me share this with you.
Chat box in the order is a very powerful and effective means of communication among the sender, receiver and the CRO. This chat box is indicated by *Message* button on the order.
If you have any issue that has to do with late confirmation, upload of a fake payment slip, invalid account number, etc, please make use of the chat box to report the issue to CRO.
Whatever message you send in the chat box is visible to the CRO, the receiver and the sender.
*YOU AS THE SENDER*
🔹Whenever you send money to someone, allow the person to receive the money before he/she confirms. Don't pester anybody to confirm receipt of funds. Dont force anybody to confirm what he/she has not received. MMM allows 48hrs for the receiver to confirm the order. It is after 48hrs a question mark appears on the order to indicate that the time has elapsed and it now calls for both sender and receiver to defend themselves.
🔹Don't trust your bank, give the beneficiary some hours to receive the money before calling.
🔹When you call the receiver, please be polite. MMM preaches love, care, respect and honesty. Approach the receiver politely.
🔹If the beneficiary claims he/she hasn't received the money then you can contact the help desk of your bank and complain to know what has actually happened to your money.
If your bank says the beneficiary's account has been credited then tell the beneficiary to check his/her bank.
If your bank tells you that the transfer is not successful, make sure the issue is resolved and initiate another transfer. If it happens that a question mark has appeared on the order, then go to the chat box and report the issue. Let CRO and the receiver know that there's an issue and your bank is working on resolving it. With this, you're covered.
🔹In a situation whereby the receiver doesn’t confirm the order, and his/her phone number is not reachable ; make use of the chat box and report the receiver to CRO that he/she has refused to confirm the order despite the fact that he /she has received the money.
Type that message to defend yourself.
CRO gives the receiver some time to come up and reply to your message. You must also send messages as reminder if there's no response from CRO.
Failure of the receiver to respond to your message after some reasonable days will make CRO confirm the order for you.
*YOU AS THE RECEIVER*
🔹When you create a GH request and you're matched, please make yourself reachable.
🔹Do not confirm what you have not received.
🔹Confirm the order after receiving money.
🔹Don't depend on sms alert; it is not every transaction that triggers sms alert. Check your account balance.
There are various ways to check your account balance :
USSD code, ATM machine, Mobile banking and Internet banking.
🔹You may or may not call people assigned to pay you. At times, calling them is not a good idea because you may end up having a fake payment slip uploaded.
🔹Do not trust any sender. It is when you receive the money into your account the POP uploaded by the sender becomes real/genuine.
🔹If you don't receive a payment after 48hrs of upload, report the issue to CRO in the chat box on the order. Tell CRO that you have not received the money, that's why you have not confirmed. If it is a fake POP, then report to CRO, giving all the evidences why it is fake. Upload your statement of account covering the date on the order till the current date.
Send your report and wait for CRO to take action.
