HOW TO HANDLE SUSPECTED FAKE POP ON MMM

POP means Proof of Payment.
Hello everyone
For the issue of suspected fake pop.  These are the steps to follow

1.call the person to hear from him/her after few hours if the alert didn't show and you have checked your bank

2.call your guider and him/her on the issue

3.call the guider of the sender if you aren't getting good response from the sender who uploaded fake pop ,if the guider isn't helping matters wait and be calm .

After 48hrs if the fund doesn't drop then you can write to support, upload the fake pop.
You don't need to panic, mmm is all about patient please. All issues will surely be sorted out it might only take some time.

Steps to take while writing to support for fake pop

Click on support by the right top corner

Click on create

Select a title : sender uploaded fake screenshot of payment

Write your title : sender uploaded fake prove of payment

Body of the letter :

Dear admin, I initiated  GH order and I was matched with....... Give details of the person. Eg. Mary Ogbonna
Order No.  R23564896255
Amount :   600000
Date:           14/10/2016
She didn't fulfil her payment order but uploaded a fake screenshot of payment  .

(you upload the fake pop) .i have made every possible effort to reach the sender but all prove abortive

You will  possibly be asked to get your bank statement of account dated from the day of GH request. It has to be duly stamped by your financial institutions.
