MMM CHRISTMAS BONUS FOR 2016

On the occasion of the upcoming holidays, we are introducing a bonus: +20% on all contributions made from December 7 to January 1. So, when you provide help, for example, in the amount of 1,000 naira, you will be granted 1,000 Mavro-NGN plus a bonus of 200 Mavro-NGN (so it will look like you provided help for 1,200 naira).
Holiday Bonus Terms:
  1. The bonus is frozen for a month after the PH-request is created.
  2. The bonus will be granted only for “new” money. It means, if you created a request to get help after December 7 and later you provided help for the amount you withdrew, you will not get the bonus.
  3. You should not create a request to get help until the bonus is unfrozen (this will be after one month of providing help). Otherwise, the bonus will disappear.
These conditions are necessary. Otherwise members will repeatedly withdraw the money and provide help for the same amount many times in order to get the bonus. So, if you want to receive the bonus, you should not create a GH-request from December 7 until the moment the bonus is unfrozen.
In the new year, MMM Nigeria will get even stronger. If you have friends who are not in MMM yet, invite them to join the Community! Make new friends, tell people the truth about MMM. Every Nigerian will join the MMM Community!

HOW SOME WICKED NIGERIANS ARE REVERSING BANK PAYMENTS IN MMM

Some people are working hard to give MMM bad name. I just receive this report this evening that some people after they have paid their money and uploaded the slip for you to confirm, after you have confirmed their payment they go back to the bank and tell the casher that they made payment into wrong account. If this happen the bank have no option than to reverse the money which is normal with all banks. Seeing that you have already confirm the payment in ur PO, there is nothing mmm can do. This automatically means that you have loose ur investment which can be really painfully. Now I don't want anyone of you to fall victim. So here are my advice to all MMM participants

🎓 All MMM participant as a matter of urgency must have a minimal of two different Bank Account. I.e one account in Bank A and one account in Bank B.

🎓 Never you use Bank B to register in MMM. Let it serve as a reserve account.

🎓 Assuming you used Bank A to register in Mmm, once you received an alert, do not confirmed the person until you have successfully transfer the money to Bank B. Once you have transfer the money, go to your PO and confirm the payment. Perhaps the person goes back to the bank to withdraw the money on the ground of wrong payment after you have confirm him, Bank A will not be able to do anything as you have rightfully transfer the money to ur Bank B account. At this point the case have become a complex one. If the bank must proceed they have to contact you first. At this point you can go ahead to report the person as a fraudster to MMM and to your Bank A operators.

Note: information is power. It took me time to come with this.

MMM RECRUITS FOR SUPPORT

SUPPORT UPDATE:

More hands had been grafted to the support team to ensure that pending moratorium issues are solved ASAP, and POP related issues are solved not later than 7 days after the order comes up with a *?* Mark going fwd. It could be lesser than 7 days later on.

If you are using a wrong/invalid/incorrect number on your PO, change it to a valid one now (u wonr be put in moratorium for changing fone number)

People with invalid/wrong  or students/limited bank accounts in their PO also need to upgrade their bank accounts or add a fully functional bank account to your PO.

Its now a rule; no one pays to any other account asides the one displayed on the order! Communication of new acct numbers via the Order message box or via calls or text message is now prohibited, and CRO or Support will not help you if you fall victim!

If anyone gives u a different acct to pay to asides the one on the order, report to your guider and also to support.


As we enter into the festive period, use the opportunity to tell more people you will meet in your various social and family gatherings the ideology of MMM and assist them to partake in this fair financial order.


*WHY MMM CANNOT CRASH*



MMM does not accept deposits from participants. You pay directly to each others bank account and you must provide help first before you can get help. Therefore, MMM will continue as long as we all keep Providing Help(PH) and Giving Help(GH).
For those who are forecasting the crashing of MMM, thanks for your effort. But the truth is that MMM Nigeria have come to stay! The following steps have already been taken to ensure that MMM is safe for everyone:

*- Remodeling* : this is the reduction of percentage (%). Exactly what happened in Zimbabwe (from 100% to 20%)

*- Reduction of Guiders' bonus* : This has already taken place in Nigeria, two months ago (from 5% to 2.5%)

*- Help from neighboring countries*: This is an option that has never been used anywhere for the 5yrs MMM has been in existence. Well it can be used if worse comes to worst.

*- Pause Mode*: This is used to control panic especially when GH becomes bigger than PH. It was used in South Africa when government threatened MMM. Now after much argument in the court, it was discovered that we are legal and free to operate without any disturbance. Now there was a restart in South Africa and soon MMM will clock 2yrs in South Africa.

*REASON FOR EARLY MATCHING IN MMM
Alot have asked me this question repeatedly and I think I should explain it for others to benefit from it.Even though I know its natural to be worried about this by some participants which makes me decide to clear the air but yet I think they are merely developing a flimsy fear of what is actually not happening. Some of the question so many of my downlines and other MMM participant that I do MMM "PROBONO" for is :

1). Why is the sudden frequent matching in MMM? Why not the normal (former) practice of <_ 3 weeks as it used to be? See my analytical answer below:
*The reason for the above is to use a hard measure to solve the most current treat to the survival and sustainability of MMM which is fake POP*. *I know you will want to say how? Ok let see the reasons.the statistics with available data shows that majority of the perpetrator of fake POP are
 1) those that have an average knowledge of MMM not new participants
 2) they are those that 🏃 run 3-4 account with different account details but circulate same money to pay for all these accounts... so whenever they are matched in more than a single account,  They uploaded a fake POP to buy time so that when the other money is released they used it in clearing the other matched account.....funny people*...... *Now With this trending issues just because of some greedy participant to make multiple interest with same money*....  *now MMM is looking for a way to delete/blocked and council these accounts*... so best way is to match people early....remember the law says participate with your spare money not MANIPULATE with your money* ... *so if u do with a spare money truly.. Since its SPARE...u should be able to pay whenever you are matched.. ..also remember no law says you will be matched in 2-3 weeks... So since its SPARE even if you are matched same day you should be able to pay and since MMM usually  match late (then) by leaving the money with you....that was the genesis of manipulation*.... *Now its better you are matched early and get your cash frozen in the system with that you cant use a frozen money to pay for another account and with that your other account are gradually deleted.....its better to have 1m genuine MMM* *participants in Nigeria than to have 20m fake POP up loaders,multiple account manipulators and marauders....

The survival of MMM is in our hands if we let greediness to kill it we will all suffer it and go back to statusquo.....Let us all work together to sustain this poverty KILLER  and a liberator to financial Independence. Because MMM pays real Good*. *Circulate this until it gets to the Last MMM participants*.

EFFECTIVE USE OF CHAT BOX IN YOUR ORDER

Let me share this with you.
Chat box in the order is a very powerful and effective means of communication among the sender, receiver and the CRO.  This chat box is indicated by *Message* button on the order.
If you have any issue that has to do with late confirmation,  upload of a fake payment slip,  invalid account number,  etc, please make use of the chat box to report the issue to CRO.
Whatever message you send in the chat box is visible to the CRO,  the receiver and the sender.

*YOU AS THE SENDER*

🔹Whenever you send money to someone,  allow the person to receive the money before he/she confirms. Don't pester anybody to confirm receipt of funds. Dont force anybody to confirm what he/she has not received.  MMM allows 48hrs for the receiver to confirm the order. It is after 48hrs a question mark appears on the order to indicate that the time has elapsed and it now calls for both sender and receiver to defend themselves.
🔹Don't trust your bank, give the beneficiary some hours to receive the money before calling.
🔹When you call the receiver,  please be polite.  MMM preaches love, care, respect and honesty. Approach the receiver politely.
🔹If the beneficiary claims he/she hasn't received the money then you can contact the help desk of your bank and complain to know what has actually happened to your money.
If your bank says the beneficiary's account has been credited then tell the beneficiary to check his/her bank.
If your bank tells you that the transfer is not successful, make sure the issue is resolved and initiate another transfer. If it happens that a question mark has appeared on the order,  then go to the chat box and report the issue. Let CRO and the receiver know that there's an issue and your bank is working on resolving it. With this, you're covered.

🔹In a situation whereby the receiver doesn’t confirm the order, and his/her phone number is not reachable ; make use of the chat box and report the receiver to CRO that he/she has refused to confirm the order despite the fact that he /she has received the money.
Type that message to defend yourself.
CRO gives the receiver some time to come up and reply to your message.  You must also send messages as reminder if there's no response from CRO.
Failure of the receiver to respond to your message after some reasonable days will make CRO confirm the order for you.

*YOU AS THE RECEIVER*
🔹When you create a GH request and you're matched,  please make yourself reachable.

🔹Do not confirm what you have not received.
🔹Confirm the order after receiving money.
🔹Don't depend on sms alert; it is not every transaction that triggers sms alert.  Check your account balance.
There are various ways to check your account balance :
USSD code, ATM machine,  Mobile banking and Internet banking.
🔹You may or may not call people assigned to pay you. At times, calling them is not a good idea because you may end up having a fake payment slip uploaded.
🔹Do not trust any sender. It is when you receive the money into your account the POP uploaded by the sender becomes real/genuine.
🔹If you don't receive a payment after 48hrs of upload,  report the issue to CRO in the chat box on the order. Tell CRO that you have not received the money,  that's why you have not confirmed.  If it is a fake POP,  then report to CRO,  giving all the evidences why it is fake. Upload your statement of account covering the date on the order till the current date.
Send your report and wait for CRO to take action.

WHAT BRINGS MORATORIUM TO YOUR ACCOUNT

*MMM MORATORIUM ISSUES*

Moratorium means non-assignment of your GH order OR delayed GH order.

This is what causes it:-
(1.) Change of password

(2.) Editing your banking details

(3.) Deleting your banking details

And any form of deleting or replacing your personal details.

Why this? HACKERS are the major reason for this. When you account gets hacked, the first point of call is your banking details. Hence, the MORATORIUM rule to minimize loss of your mavros to them.

When you are on moratorium, your GH gets delayed for 14days to 1month depending on the weight of the intrusion.

Don't worry, its nothing serious if truly you did the edits/deletions yourself.

This is the SOLUTION to it:-

Send a support ticket to CRO narrating the true situation of things, I mean tell them if you are the one that edited or deleted any of the above points yourself. They then reply you with when the moratorium will be lifted.

ALSO, reach your guider with your email and support ticket number of your support message.

The moratorium will then be lifted off your PO and you get assigned your GH.

Open the Order chat box (Message) that is above the details button of the order 

You will see a conversation being initiated by CRO, then upload the Fake POP there

Screenshot the conversation box and copy the Order number 

Go to your Bank to collect Bank Statement for the period under review (stamped and sealed)

Then goto Support and create a ticket 

Choose - Inform about fraud or dissenters as your topic 

Then go ahead to write about the fake POP, attach the your Bank Statement and the conversation box you screenshot earlier 

Drop the Order number as well too

Click on Save

Wait for Support/CRO team to act on your complaint

DID YOU KNOW THAT MMM FACES BIGGER CHALLENGES FROM STUBBORN PARTICIPANTS.

Do u know that mmm is facing a bigger challenge than what the government, financial institutions,  and the media are doing against mmm??

👉 what is the challenge???
👉 answer : *the participants* (you and I)
👉 we have become a major challenge to the system,  how possible?

👉 we have failed to study and understand the mmm ideology very well,
👉 we fail to enlighten our dls about the risks involved in mmm,  we only tell them about the benefits because we hope to get a mere 10% bonus when they eventually register
👉 we are interested in registering many accounts not for the Community to survive but for our pockets to grow
👉 we are interested in assisting only those who PH with large amounts----->>>>which means larger 10%
👉 we fail to communicate with our sponsors and dls
👉 we are interested in becoming guiders only for the bonuses and not for the sake of helping the Community
👉 Old guiders fail to transfer guidership to the new guiders all because of greed
👉 guiders/participants encourage others to upload fake POP
👉 trustees taking advantage of accounts left for them to manage  etc

all these and more  reasons will eventually lead to the failure of the MMM Community  faster than *panics, government, media,  etc*

👉 we must be willing to PH/GH regularly
👉 must communicate with our sponsors/dls
👉 must put away panics and the likes (rumours)
👉 must be willing to help other participants even when we don't benefit from them,  lastly

Fake News About MMM Holiday!



Dear MMM participants, we are not unaware about the joke milling that MMM is going on a festive break.  They have threatened US in different guises and failed, they hired bloggers to hit at us and failed now they have joined the community like one of us and monitoring our activities and finding ways to cause panic. Be informed and be guided, any information you can not verify from your guider is not genuine. Most importantly, if there is any information you will receive a message from your MMM personal office to that effect. Don't copy every post you see and repost in the hope of helping someone out of your own fear, this is what they want you to do. They have decided that to catch a monkey you must behave like one so they want to destroy us from within and using US to achieve it. How To Write Letter of Happiness 2

IN MMM OWN WORDS 

Dear participant!

According to the System rules, within three days after receiving assistance, you must write a "letter of happiness" which will be posted in the section "Testimonials" (share your happiness with others as well! :-)).

The letter is free-form, but it should contain:
1. Your name (nickname is allowed).
2. Status (participant, 10+ guider, etc.)
3. Residence (for example, "I'm from London" or "I'm from Sao Paolo" ).
4. The amount and date of the given assistance.
5. The amount of received assistance.

Please note you are given only 3 attempts to write the letter, if You fail to comply you will be blocked. (Forever and ever! :-)) So, please, don't ignore moderator’s requirements (if he makes them) and do not send him endlessly the same text, for example "Together we change the world!" :-))
If you attach a video (that shows how happy you are after getting help. :-)), it will be really wonderful, and you can even be awarded with a bonus for your video and effort. You can read about it below. Good luck in your writing! :-))

What is a 'Moratorium'?
Moratorium is a period of time when there is a suspension of a specific activity until future events warrant a removal of the suspension, or issues regarding the activity have been resolved.

MMM has put in place some measures that could warrant moratorium not just for the sake of it but as a means to ensure sustainability and high security measures to protect your personal office.

Moratorium rules

1) change of password:5 days moratorium

2) editing of account details or addition of other banks or btc wallet: 14 days

3) delete account without CRO consent 14 days moratorium

4)duplicate bank account: 14 days or more

Your PO would run as normal but you won't be paired to get help or provide help as immediate as possible if u have violated any of these rules. Therefore it is advice able not to tamper with any of these 14 days before your get help period.so as to avoid delay.

Another tip is to login to your PO as often as possible not just for sight seeing but to look around and notice if any changes has been made. When u login to ur PO,it shouldn't be only ur mavros u check BT also the account section and my page

Once your donations are green,30% and ready for withdrawal,it is advisable to withdraw immediately because hackers are more liable to hack into accounts with mavros ready for withdrawal and if u dnt login to ur PO as often as possible Ur details can be changed and they GH on ur behalf coz it is assumed u don't need the money.

Quick Tips to Resolve Issues on MMM

SOLUTION TO NON-CONFIRMATION OF PH ORDER*

Once the half green circle changes to question mark,

Open the order chat box (Message) that is above the details button of the order.

You will see a conversation being initiated by CRO, then upload your POP there.

Screenshot the conversation box.

Copy the order number

Then goto Support and create a ticket

Choose the topic that relates to Receiver didn't confirm your payment.

Then go ahead and attach your POP and the conversation box you screenshot earlier

Drop the order number as well to Support

Click on Save

CRO will confirm you

 *HOW TO TREAT FAKE POP*

After the Sender upload a POP for fund paid, wait for 48hours

Once the Half mark Green circle changes to Question Mark,

Open the Order chat box (Message) that is above the details button of the order

You will see a conversation being initiated by CRO, then upload the Fake POP there

Go to your Bank to collect Bank Statement for the period under review (stamped and sealed)

Then goto Support and create a ticket

Choose - Inform about fraud or dissenters as your topic

Then go ahead to write about the fake POP, attach the your Bank Statement and the conversation box you screenshot earlier

Drop the Order number as well too

Click on Save

Wait for Support/CRO team to act on your complaint

1. Place your ID card (international passport/driver licence/national I'd card/voters card) closely to your face and snap it.

*Restore MMM Trust*

Please let us try to do the right things on time

1. *When you request to provide help and you are not matched yet, but you have used the money to do something else. Just go and cancel the request before you are matched, to avoid disappointing the person you will be matched with .*

2. Please when you are already matched i.e. you have been given an order to go and pay somebody. And you know fully well you don't have the money. *Please don't let 48hours finish, don't waste the person's time, just go to your PO and click *"I refuse to make payment*. So MMM will block the order on time and tell another person to pay the participant since you are not a serious MAVRODIAN, don't wait to be called and reminded by the person who need help and don't waste the person time for 48hours.

3. If you request to get help and you receive a proof of payment, but no alert yet,  check for funds with ATM machine or through mobile banking or your bank directly. *If you have received fund, Please do not delay to confirm the person that provided Help to you.* Don't make the sender go through the stress of writing to support.

4. Please if you have an active MMM transaction always ensure your mobile phone is available to ensure ease of communication by all concerned parties during the transaction. Example is even you want to Get Help, the sender may try to call you to get one or more of your details in other do a better transaction. *Charge your phone and don't switch it off.*

5. *If you are matched and you have the money. Try to pay on time to avoid last minute payment.* Because they are many case like this " I paid the money but I was not able to upload my proof of payment because the time elapsed before I was able to upload POP, network issues etc. Sometimes, the last minutes you want to do internet transfer, network or bank can fail you and you have no time for alternative.

Take note MMM is an abstract platform it is we the participants that make it a body. Our actions and inactions matters a lot. *Thanks as you try your best to pay on time, to confirm POP on time and to cancel request of help on time if you don't have the money.* please let's keep the rules

BASIC ETIQUETTE OF MMM

I think this is  worth sharing here and can be very beneficial.


*Guiders and other participants are human beings who have a life outside MMM!* They have family, businesses, jobs, church, and many other responsibilities to attend to too.

*DON'T* call them by impulse at odd hours  whenever you have a challenge. From 8pm no more calls, drop messages instead. Begin calls from 8am.

*DON'T* be a serial caller! After two missed calls, drop a message. Believe it or not some Guiders have hundreds of downlines to attend to daily besides their personal life so text is always ideal. And participants can read texts too.

*DON'T* call a Guider for every petty stuff! "Hello, I'm at the bank" - "Hello, I have made payment" - "Hello, I have just uploaded pls tell your downline to confirm, he is not picking my calls" - "Hello, your downline hasn't paid me and she has only 24hours left" - "Hello, is MMM crashing tomorrow?" - Hello! Hello! Hello!

Please call Guiders only for critical issues like GA, Fake POP, Bitcoin Wahala, Account unblocking,  etc.

*DON'T* bombard someone who's been matched to provide you financial help with calls as if they owe you money! *IT IS A FREE WILL DONATION!* Nobody owes anybody here in MMM. Be patient with participants providing you help. Send them a gentle reminder via text when you GH and maybe you can call them when it's like 6hours to expiry to remind them again. Remember! You will always be matched with someone else should the previous person find it difficult to meet up.

*DON'T* opt out of the chat forum created by your Guider or upline where you could get information/solution and then turn around and start bombarding them with calls, text, and personal chats whenever you have a challenge. The groups were creates for you to help you and to reduce workload on the Guider! If you mind your battery, your megabytes and your phone memory so much, or you just don't like groups, don't blame your GUIDER later.

*SEND* text messages whenever someone hasn't picked your calls. In fact, always send text if you want to pass an information that doesn't need feedback. This one isn't even about MMM, this is basic phone etiquette.

*SEND* text messages to everyone matched to provide help to you as soon as you request for help. And learn to check your PO daily. Don't wait for your Guider to send text.

*BE AWARE* that Guiders do not know everyone in their structure and they do not have access to anyone's PO to do confirmation on their behalf. So don't demand a Guider to confirm a transaction of a third party.

*BE AWARE* that there is a difference between Guider and Upline: Upline is the person who introduced and registered you into the MMM community whereas Guider is someone who has graduated from Guiders School. Your Upline could also be your Guider of they have graduated from Guiders School. Don't mix the two please.

*BE AWARE* that when you have a challenge, your first point of call should be your upline, then maybe your Guider, then maybe Support.

*BE AWARE* that the referral bonus your upline receives from your pledge is not yours for negotiation neither does it entitle you to make undue demands of your upline who did you a great favour by introducing you to such an amazing and liberating financial opportunity. Be grateful not greedy.

*UNDERSTAND* that in MMM we provide help and we get help. It's not business or investment. It is not your money coming back to you when you get help. It's a gift. So be considerate, be gentle, be nice, be sincere, be fair, and most of all have integrity.

*UNDERSTAND* that your actions and inactions can contribute to the growth or death of this great community. Keep helping and receiving help. Don't try to cheat the system because you will be cheating fellow participants indirectly.

*UNDERSTAND* that every request you make: every 30%, 10%, 5%, or whatever percentage bonus you get is coming from another participants pocket not some machine or the computer or the internet so once again DON'T BE GREEDY REQUESTING BONUSES ALONE!

2. There are no investors and no investments in MMM. Money is not invested in any asset. Money is donated to the other person. For the issue of suspected fake pop.  These are the steps to follow

1.call the person to hear from him/her after few hours if the alert didn't show and you have checked your bank

2.call your guider and him/her on the issue

3.call the guider of the sender if you aren't getting good response from the sender who uploaded fake pop ,if the guider isn't helping matters wait and be calm .

After 48hrs if the fund doesn't drop then you can write to support, upload the fake pop.
You don't need to panic, mmm is all about patient please. All issues will surely be sorted out it might only take some time.

SUMMARY OF MMM

WHAT IS MMM 

MMM is a global mutual aid community where people help each other . MMM is social financial donation exchange network. MMM gives you a technical platform which helps millions of participants worldwide to connect those who NEED help to those who are ready to provide help, for FREE. MMM is not a bank, An investment opportunity, a busines but simply a community of people helping each other financiallyMmm has no central pocket were money is been deposited.. Transactions are basically  done through peer to peer exchange. 


HOW DOES IT WORK? 

You know about the popular word 'Contribution' where people contribute money to one person and there's a book where everyone's name is written. When it gets to your turn; everybody's money is given to you....

In MMM, we make pledges to donate our SPARE money to members who need the money. We do so by logging into our MMM account (Personal office) to make the pledge. We join the queue of people who made pledges after making the pledge.

We ONLY make pledges. We don't gather our pledges to give to one person. In MMM there is no CENTRAL ACCOUNT (No bank account where all our pledges are paid into). Members transfer money directly to each other. 

Now, if a member in the community who has already made a pledge to provide financial help to another member and has fulfilled his pledge now needs help, he does that by logging into his MMM account (Personal Office) to say so.
The system, connects him with the person in the queue for providing help. If it's your turn on the queue to provide help; when you log into your Personal Office, you will receive the details of the person to provide financial help to.

As soon as you pay the money directly into the person's bank account who needs that financial help and that person acknowledges he has received the money, you are now qualified to receive help.

You then log into your personal office to ask for financial help. Someone/people in the queue who's turn it is to provide help will be assigned to pay you 30% of the donation you provided + the your initial donation money. 


So MMM is basically composed of 3 components
1. Provide help
2. Get help
3. Technical aspect of the program
A provider of help is someone who has pledged to give financial help in d community. He or she can also be a receiver of help, when he or she has extended a financial helping hand to someone in d community

A receiver of help is a member or participant who has already entended a helping hand or provided help. Thus is qualified to receive help frm d community

So basically MMM hasn't any central pocket where all money deposits or donations goes into.. Becos all donations ar done peer to peer. How do i mean? Donations are done via member to member transfers into there bank accts or bitcoin wallet.


The technical basic program controls d activities of the provider of help n the receiver of help. 



RULES OF MMM. 


Rule 1.
Do not have multiple account. You can always PH as many times as you want with one MMM account.

Penalty: all accounts will be permanently blocked, you will be banned.

Rule 2.
Do not share email or bank details with other members
Penalty: you will all be blocked from getting help until you give identity proof

Rule3.
Do not delay in paying for your order,
Penalty: you will be blocked

Rule 4.
Do not edit your banking details or change password less than 15 days before Getting help

Your GH will be delayed for 14 days

Do not click on the "I refuse to make payment" button for more than once a month

HOW TO WRITE A “LETTER OF HAPPINESS”?


As soon as Help was received (money for "sold' Mavros), every participant has to write a "Letter of happiness". A form for creating such letter will appear automatically when you confirm your receipt of funds. Later it will be published in “Testimonials” section on MMM Website.
How to create a “letter of happiness”:
  1. Write your text with:
    — your status (ordinary participant, Guider, Guider-100, etc.)
    — date of providing help
    — amount of provided help

    — any additional relevant information.
  2. Attach a screenshot or a file with confirmation of funds receipt.
  3. If you attached a wrong file, you can delete it.
  4. Insert a link for your video.
  5. Tick the box if you want to get additional bonus for video.
  6. Сlick on “Send”.

STEPS ON HOW TO RECEIVE HELP

HOW TO GET HELP (“SELL” MAVRO)?


In order to Get Help (“sell” Mavro) click on the appropriate button ("Get Help") on the dashboard of your Personal Office.




  1. Select already registered account to Get Help (if you want to add a new one better use Accounts menu).
  2. Click on "Next" button.




Choose one of your existing accounts and click on "Next" button.




In the opened window you can see:
  1. — maximum amount of Mavros available to withdraw.
  2. — a leftover, as withdraw amount has to be multiple 100.
  3. — total amount for current withdraw.
Take follow steps:
  1. Click on “all” to withdraw maximum amount of specific mavro-account.
  2. Enter any amount less than maximum amount of specific mavro-account.
  3. Click on “Next” button.




Check your amount for withdraw and click on "Next".




Created Request for Receiving Help appears on your desktop in Personal Office.




If you click on active Getting Help Request, a popup window will open where you can verify details once again. In the Getting Help Request you can also see the amount of Mavro for sell.




After creating your Getting Help Request you should wait for orders to be displayed on your dashboard. You will be able to see information about participant(s) who will transfer funds.




Appeared orders on your Dashboard will be of yellow color. After a sender confirmed that funds had been transferred, make sure to check your account. You should confirm a receipt of funds only when you see them in your account.
When a sender confirmed sending funds but you did nothing with an order, after some time the order’s icon will become yellow with a question mark.
When you click on this icon there will be two options:
  1. confirm the receipt of funds
  2. inform that the funds are not received.




If the funds are not received, after an investigation of Security Department this icon will become red with a cross.
It means that the order wasn’t completed. Such icon will appear if a sender didn’t confirm timely that the funds were sent.
In case of described situations the dispatcher will create another order for you with another participant to send his/her help to you.




Confirm orders only after making sure that the funds were received on your bank account or bitcoin wallet!
If funds are received and you confirmed receipt of funds, then this icon will turn green. It means that help has been successfully provided!




Keep in mind that you can extend the period of payment for 24 hours, if necessary. If a sender is not able to meet a standard requirement for 72 hours for banks or 36 hours for bitcoins, you can give him additional time to complete this order. In order to do that:
  1. Сlick on the icon.
  2. Click on 24 hours extension.
